All Projector lamps will be Tested Strictly before leaving the factory;

Installation guide

Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord, allow the projector lamp to cool down for at least one hour;
Use the screwdriver to loosen the screw securing the lamp cover, then lift it off;
Loosen the screws securing the lamp to the projector. The screws do not come all the way out;
Lift up the lamp handle and gently pull the lamp out of the projector;
Gently insert the new lamp into the projector.make sure it is facing the right way. Press the handle down;
Push in the lamp firmly and tighten the screws to secure it, then replace the lamp cover and tighten the screw to secure it.

Maintenance tips

Check the heat. An overheated projector puts stress on the projector lamp and can cause it to explode. Make sure there is enough airflow around the projector particularly if it’s been permanently mounted.

Give it a rest. Don’t operate the projector non-stop. An average use of four to five hours per day will ensure longer projector lamp life.

Keep it clean. Be sure to clean the air filters every 3 months or more often if there is a lot of dust. Regular maintenance will prolong the DLP projector lamp life.

Go eco. Some projectors have the “Eco mode” or “Lamp Economy Mode” that reduces projector lamp brightness by 20% while extending the lamp life by 50%.
